Mick’s Chile Fix was opened by Mick Sweis in September of 2003 and became popular almost immediately because of the great value of the tasty menu items. It was also recognized because of the great service and the friendliness of the entire staff. In August of 2016 Mick's was acquired by another local family who are no strangers to quality New Mexican food service.
